Cancellation Policy
A cancellation is a loss to everyone.Please understand that when an appointment is made this time has been reserved just for you.
Dr. Lauterbach's office maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Also, a cancellation must be made by calling Dr. Lauterbach's office at
(631) 880-2531 rather than by email to avoid miscommunication.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
- 24 to 8 hours prior to an appointment - $25
- 8 to 1 hour prior to an appointment - Half the session fee
- Less than 1 hour notice or no shows - Full session fee
